A Cochrane review has intensified debate over the clinical value of amyloid-targeting Alzheimer's therapies, while the FDA moves to reconvene advisory panels on compounded peptides it had restricted. Eli Lilly plans to submit its oral GLP-1 drug Foundayo to the FDA by end of Q2 after a positive cardiovascular outcomes
