Aurum PropTech Buys Housing.com For ₹458 Crore
Aurum PropTech's board has approved a ₹458 crore all-stock acquisition of Housing.com from REA Group, issuing nearly 1.98 crore shares to REA at ₹231.42 each. The deal makes REA a 24.9% shareholder in Aurum and aims to combine Housing.com's 5.8 crore monthly visitors with Aurum's transaction and financing platform.
