Ola Electric Mobility has opened a qualified institutional placement with a floor price of Rs 37.74 per share to raise fresh capital. The move comes as the company faces slowing sales and market share pressure in India's electric two-wheeler segment, and follows a Rs 2,000 crore investment into subsidiaries for supply
