Sun Pharma Buys Organon in $11.75 Billion Deal
Sun Pharma has agreed to buy U.S. healthcare firm Organon in an $11.75 billion deal. Organon, a Merck spinoff from 2021, operates in women's health, biosimilars, and branded medicines. The deal would be Sun Pharma's biggest acquisition to date.
